ザ・ブルースは、ネルソンソーヴィン、モトゥエカ、ラクアウの3品種を畑でブレンドしたフィールドブレンドホップです。フリースタイルのテロワールを体現し、複雑なシトラスとパンチのあるトロピカルフルーツの香りをバランスよく持ち合わせています。
これらの3品種の相互作用によって生まれる香りは、それぞれ単体以上の相乗効果を生み、特にコールドサイドで使用すると、エキゾチックなシトラス、ライム、マンゴー、アプリコットの鮮やかな香りが際立ちます。
