PLAATO Pro

Real-time fermentation monitoring

PLAATO Pro is a fermentation monitoring system designed to provide real-time insights into fermentation progress.
The sensor is installed inside the fermentation tank via a tri-clamp connection, continuously measuring specific gravity, fermentation activity, and temperature without the need for manual sampling.

Key Features

Real-time fermentation data
Continuous monitoring of specific gravity, fermentation activity, and temperature.
In-tank sensor
The sensor is installed directly into the fermentation tank using a tri-clamp connection, measuring while in contact with the liquid during fermentation.
Cloud-based platform
View fermentation data via the PLAATO Cloud from your PC or mobile device.
Fermentation process visualization
Track fermentation progress to improve process decisions and fermentation management precision.
Supports various brewery sizes
Can be used by breweries of all production scales, from small to large.

Benefits for breweries

Reduction in manual gravity measurement work
Clear understanding of fermentation progress
Data-driven fermentation management and decision-making

Pricing

PLAATO Pro is a system combining hardware and subscription-based software.

Hardware: The PLAATO Pro probe has an initial cost of USD 299 per unit.
It is recommended to use one probe per fermentation tank.
Not required for BBT (Brite Beer Tanks).
Software: Plans for breweries with an annual production of 1,500 HL or less start from USD 149.
Scaling: Software fees vary depending on annual production volume and system configuration.
