The Bruce displays complex citrus with punchy tropical fruit character. A field blend of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau picked to deliver the unique character of our terroir and to highlight the exciting interplay of these varietals. This combination is more than the sum of the parts. The most prominent notes in cold side use are exotic citrus, lime, mango, and apricot.
