概要

スーパーソーヴィンは、フリースタイルとチオール関連研究パートナーであるPhantasm（ファンタズム）とのコラボレーションから生まれた、チオール強化ブレンドです。
チオール前駆体を豊富に含むPhantasmに、システイン結合型3SH、結合型3S4MP、結合型3SO前駆体、そしてテルペンアルコールを高濃度で含むネルソンソーヴィンのロットを組み合わせています。

スーパーソーヴィンはワールプールおよび**活発発酵中のドライホップ（特にチオール化酵母）**に最適化されています。外観も使用方法も通常のT-90ペレットと同じで、Phantasmは造粒前にホップに均一にブレンドされ、均質なペレットとして成形されています。
このブレンドは、Phantasm単体では得られない、より幅広い種類のチオール前駆体をビールにもたらすことを目的としています。

Freesstyle Super Sauvin 

Overview

Super Sauvin is a thiol-enriched blend created in collaboration with Freestyle’s thiol research partners at Phantasm. This blend combines Phantasm’s thiol-precursor–rich Sauvignon Blanc powder with Nelson Sauvin lots high in cysteine-bound 3SH, bound 3S4MP, bound 3SO precursors, and terpene alcohols.
Designed for whirlpool use and/or active fermentation dry hopping—especially with thiolized yeast strains—Super Sauvin behaves like a standard T-90 pellet despite its enhanced thiol complexity. The Phantasm component is incorporated before pelleting, resulting in a fully homogeneous pellet that broadens the spectrum of thiol precursors beyond what Phantasm alone can provide.
A celebration of New Zealand’s unique flavor chemistry, Super Sauvin brings together Freestyle and Phantasm’s shared passion for thiols, terpenes, and next-generation hop expression.
