Amarillo
A classic aromatic hop variety widely trusted as synonymous with "orange hops." It features a sweet, juicy citrus aroma dominated by mellow Valencia orange and tangerine, harmonized with the fruitiness of apricot and delicate floral notes. It pairs perfectly with Citra and Cascade, smoothing out harsh edges and adding roundness and sophisticated dimension to the overall profile, making it ideal for dry-hopping IPAs and pale ales.
