製品説明

伝統的なイングリッシュエールモルトのスタイルで開発された、新しいベースモルトです。ヘリテージゴールド™は、5日間の発芽工程を含む伝統的な製麦プロセスを用い、米国国内で製造されています。原料の大麦には、ワイオミング州とモンタナ州にまたがるビッグホーン・盆地で栽培された原種（ヘリテージ/エアルーム品種）が使用されています。

使用比率（目安）

• 10〜20%: 濃色系ベルジャンビールやバレルエイジド（樽熟成）ビールなど、様々なビアスタイルにおいて、深みのあるバックグラウンドフレーバーや複雑さを加える場合
• 最大 100%まで: モルトの複雑さと深みが求められるゴールデンカラーから濃色系のビール（イングリッシュエールなど）のベースモルトとして全量使用可能

Description

A new base malt created in the style of an English Ale Malt. Heritage Gold™ is made in the U.S. using a traditional malting process, including five-day germination. The barley is an heirloom variety grown in the Bighorn Basin of Wyoming and Montana.

Usage Levels

• 10–20%: In a variety of beer styles, including darker Belgian and Barrel-Aged beers, for additional background flavors and complexity
• Up to 100%: As a base malt in golden or darker beers where malt complexity and depth are desired (English Ales)
