McKenzie
An American aroma hop variety featuring a three-dimensional harmony of bright fruit notes—grapefruit, nectarine, and melon—balanced with subtle dankness and the refreshing character of pine resin. Its juicy stone fruit aroma transitions smoothly into the pleasant resinous quality characteristic of the Pacific Northwest. When used in the whirlpool or for dry hopping, it imparts vibrant fruitiness and a robust aromatic backbone to West Coast and Hazy IPAs, while combining it with Citra, Mosaic, or Simcoe significantly enhances the complexity of the aroma.
