Azacca
A modern aromatic variety boasting a high oil content, favored as a "tropical fruit bomb." Its dense, fruity notes of ripe mango and papaya are layered with fresh citrus accents of orange zest and a hint of crisp pine. Possessing a fresh, juicy quality reminiscent of Southern Hemisphere hops, it provides a dominant, world-class aroma when used in the whirlpool or for dry-hopping in Hazy IPAs and NEIPAs.
