Known by the nickname "Super Cascade," this classic American dual-purpose hop variety combines high alpha acids with a vibrant aroma. A fresh grapefruit citrus note takes center stage, harmoniously balanced by delicate floral undertones and a cooling pine resin finish. It is a versatile hop suitable for everything from clean, elegant bittering to bold late-hopping and dry-hopping applications. When paired with Citra or Cascade in West Coast IPAs and Pale Ales, it delivers a powerful yet refined citrus character.
