フリースタイル・サザンクロス 

サザンクロスは、トロピカルフルーツとシトラスの鮮やかなアロマが特徴で、特にレモンやライムのニュアンスが際立ち、ほのかに松の香りも感じられます。

当社のサザンクロスはすべて後期収穫されており、他に類を見ない奥深くバランスの取れたシトラスのキャラクターを実現しています。

多くのブルワーが、サザンクロスに豊富に含まれるテルペンアルコールが、他のホップに含まれるトロピカルな香り（チオール）をより鮮やかに際立たせる効果を持つことを発見しています。
サザンクロスは、ホップの持つ魅力的なトロピカルキャラクターを**引き上げる「プロモーター」**としての役割を果たします。

伝統的にネルソン・ソーヴィンとの組み合わせが最適とされていますが、後期収穫のサザンクロスは、それ単体でも十分に存在感を発揮することができます。

Freestyle Southern Cross

Southern Cross has distinct tropical fruit and citrus aromas, with pronounced lemon and lime notes and a hint of pine.  All of our Southern Cross is later harvested to achieve a depth and intensity of well rounded citrus character that is unrivalled.  Many brewers have found that the huge quantities of terpene alcohols in Southern Cross boost the brightness and intensity of tropical character (thiols) in other varietals that are used alongside it.  Southern Cross has a promoter effect on the perception of appealing tropical character.  It is often thought of as the perfect partner for Nelson Sauvin, but our later harvested Southern Cross can easily stand on its own.
