概要

NZカスケードは、ニュージーランド特有のテロワールを表現するホップで、複雑なシトラス、トロピカルフルーツ、そして赤いベリーの香りを持ちます。北半球のカスケードに見られるようなパイン（松）の樹脂感はほとんどありません。
フリースタイルのNZカスケードは中期収穫で、グレープフルーツを中心とした複雑なシトラスアロマに加え、トロピカルな深みを引き出しています。リンゴの花や赤いベリーのような繊細な香りが背景にあり、ニュージーランド産カスケードならではの個性豊かなキャラクターを持ちます。
シングルホップビールとしても優れており、テルペン由来のシトラス感を強調するホップや、さらにトロピカルなトップノートを加えるホップとの相性も抜群です。

Freestyle NZ Cascade

Overview

NZ Cascade is a testament to terroir, expressing complex citrus, tropical fruit, and red berry aromas with little of the pine character typical of northern hemisphere Cascade. Freestyle’s NZ Cascade is all later harvest to enhance tropical depth and grapefruit-driven citrus complexity. This selection shows subtle apple blossom and red berry notes in the background, resulting in a distinct and appealing expression of New Zealand-grown Cascade.
Freestyle NZ Cascade performs beautifully as a single-hop beer and pairs well with other varieties that add terpene-driven citrus depth or complementary tropical top notes.
