フリースタイル NZ カスケード 

フリースタイルのNZカスケードは、後期収穫のみを採用し、グレープフルーツを主体とした複雑なシトラスアロマに加え、トロピカルな奥行きを強化したホップです。

NZカスケードはテロワールの魅力を存分に表現しており、背景にはリンゴの花や赤いベリーのほのかなアロマが感じられます。
北半球のカスケードとは異なり、樹脂感のあるパイン（松）のニュアンスはほとんどありません。

シングルホップのビールにも適しており、ホップフォワードなビールに独自の個性を与えます。
また、テルペン由来のシトラスの奥行きを加えるホップや、トロピカルなトップノートを強調するホップとも幅広く相性が良く、バランスの取れたブレンドが可能です。

Freestyle NZ Cascade – A Unique Expression of New Zealand Terroir!

Freestyle NZ Cascade is all later harvest to develop tropical depth along with the grapefruit driven complex citrus notes. Freestyle NZ Cascade is a testament to terroir with light apple blossom and red berry aromas in the background and none of the resinous pine notes typical of northern hemisphere Cascade. Freestyle NZ Cascade is great for a single hop beer and produces a unique and appealing expression of our terroir in hop forward beers.  It also pairs well with a wide array of varietals that either add terpene-driven citrus depth or add more tropical high notes.
