WHC Lab イーストニュートリエント プラスは、酵母の健康な発酵をサポートするために設計された高濃度の栄養ブレンドです。一般的な酵母栄養剤には含まれていないステロール、ビオチン、亜鉛などの必須微量栄養素を含んでおり、酵母の活力を高め、細胞壁構造を強化し、特に高比重や栄養不足の麦汁でも安定した発酵を実現します。

新品の酵母を使用する場合でも、最適な条件を整えることで、よりクリーンで安定したビール造りが可能になります。

非常に高濃度なため使用量が少なくて済み、1バッチあたりのコストパフォーマンスにも優れています。

繰り返し使用する酵母の世代数を増やしても、品質を損なうことなく使用可能です。

WHC Labのオリジナルパッケージは5kg袋で、日本の多くのブルワリーには取り扱いが難しい容量です。そのため、弊社にて小分けしボトルに再包装して販売しております。再包装日を明記しており、品質や使用期限を確認できるようになっています。
※再包装商品であるため、必ず煮沸またはワールプール工程で使用し、ブルワリー内でのコンタミネーションを防止してください。

Dosage: 1–2g/hL — add at the end of the boil or during whirlpool.

⚠️ Important Notice:
The original packaging from WHC Lab is a 5kg bag, which is not viable for most Japanese breweries. We repackage it into smaller bottles for easier use. The repackaging date is clearly labeled so you can confirm viability.
Because this product is repackaged, it is vital that it be used in the kettle (boil/whirlpool stage) to avoid any risk of brewhouse contamination.
