サブゼロ・ホップキーフ® – サザンクロス

概要

フリースタイル・サブゼロ・ホップキーフ®は、コールドサイド（ドライホップ）で使用するために設計された濃縮ルプリン製品です。カーボネーション前にブライトタンクへ添加することで、パッケージ後のフレッシュなホップキャラクターを強調したり、完成したビールのアロマやフレーバーを微調整することができます。
ロットごとに製造されるため、元のホップロットと同一のフレーバー／アロマ特性を持ちます。

溶媒を一切使用しない低温分離製法により、植物繊維を除去しつつ、ホップの香気成分をすべて保持。ビール歩留まりの向上、より滑らかな口当たり、ジューシーな複雑さ、そして高い安定性を実現します。
使用成分はホップと食品グレードのエタノールのみで、添加剤や乳化剤は一切不使用です。

SubZero Hop Kief® – Southern Cross

Overview

Freestyle SubZero Hop Kief® is concentrated lupulin designed for cold-side use. Intended for dry hopping, it can be added to the brite tank prior to carbonation to boost fresh hop character in packaged beer or to fine-tune hop aroma and flavor in finished beer. SubZero Hop Kief® is true-to-lot, delivering the same flavor and aroma profile as the specific hop lot from which it is produced.

This cryogenic, solventless liquid hop extract provides full-spectrum hop flavor and aroma compounds without vegetative matter. It’s simple to use, enhances shelf stability, increases beer yield, and contributes a smoother mouthfeel and juicy complexity.
Made with hops and food-grade ethanol only — no additives, no emulsifiers, and no surprises.
