概要

ピーチャリン™は、フリースタイルの育種プログラムから生まれた新しい先進的な品種です。
熟したピーチやネクタリンを思わせる豊かな果実感に、心地よいシトラスの骨格が加わり、背景にはスイートフルーツやライムゼスト、ほのかなフローラルニュアンスが感じられます。
この新しい品種のフレーバー／アロマの可能性は現在も探求中ですが、中期〜後期収穫ロットは今後もラインナップの中心となることが期待されています。
シングルホップでも十分に魅力を発揮しつつ、チオールやテルペンが豊富な品種、特に後期収穫のNZカスケードなどとも優れた相性を示します。

Freestyle Peacharine™

Overview

Peacharine™ is a new advanced selection from Freestyle’s breeding programme.
It delivers rich peach and nectarine character with an appealing citrus backbone, supported by subtle notes of sweet fruit, lime zest, and light floral complexity.
While the full flavour and aroma spectrum of this new variety is still being explored, mid to late harvest lots are expected to remain a core part of the lineup.
Peacharine™ performs exceptionally well as a single hop but also pairs well with thiol- and terpene-forward varieties, such as later harvested NZ Cascade.
