早期〜中期収穫のネルソンは、白ワインのような特徴がより強く感じられます。
当社の早期収穫ネルソンは、白ワインの華やかさとシトラスの爽やかさが際立ちます。

一方、後期収穫のネルソンは、トロピカルなフルーツの濃厚さが増し、複雑なカンナビスのようなニュアンスが背景に感じられます。
特に、後期収穫のネルソン・ソーヴィンは、パッションフルーツやネクタリンのような果実味が際立ち、シトラスのニュアンスはピンクグレープフルーツ寄りの印象になります。

また、ネルソン・ソーヴィンは、サザンクロス（Southern Cross）との相性が抜群。
サザンクロスに豊富に含まれるテルペンアルコールが、シトラスの奥行きを引き出し、ネルソンの個性をさらに引き立てます。

Freestyle Nelson Sauvin

Earlier/mid harvest Nelson has much more of a white wine-y character.  Our early harvest Nelson has a white wine and citrus brightness.  Our later harvest Nelson has more tropical intensity along with background notes of complex cannabis.  That later harvested Nelson Sauvin tropical intensity typically has a passion fruit and nectarine character, with the citrus notes leaning more towards pink grapefruit.  Nelson Sauvin pairs well with a hop like Southern Cross which delivers citrus-y depth from a high concentration of terpene alcohols.
